                        27, 2004.  On October 18th the Board approved a continuance of the application

                        to December 20th without requiring additional notice.  Attorney Penberthy

                        agreed to extend the time limit.  On December 20th Board the continued the

                        application until the January 17, 2005 meeting.  Notice is required.  Attorney

                        Penberthy extended the time limit only until January 17, 2005.
