                        130 and Cedar Lane.  Block 163.02, Lots 13, 13.01, and 13.04.

                        Application received on September 13, 2004.  On November 15,2004

                        Submission waivers were granted, application deemed complete, application

                        was continued until January 17, 2005 with the time limit for Board action

                        being waived.  On January 17, 2005 the applicant requested in writing that thee

                        application be continued until the February 28, 2005 meeting.
