                        22, located in the HC/SMO Highway Commercial/Special Manufacturing Overlay

                        with attached copy of Ordinance No. 2009-05 ‘An Ordinance Amending Chapter

                        91 Entitled “Land Development” of the Code of the Township of Florence, New

                        Jersey, so as to create a New Section XXXA Entitled “RD-1 High Density

                        Residential – Age Restricted Affordable Housing Zone” and Ordinance No.

                        2009-06 ‘An Ordinance of the Township of Florence Amending Chapter 91

                        (Zoning) of the Code of the Township of Florence to Adopt and Updated and

                        Amended Official Map and an Updated and Amended Zoning Map.’

                        deemed complete on January 29, 2009.  Public hearing continued until February 23,

                        2009.
