            A.        Application PB#2004-11 for Wawa, Inc.  Applicant is requesting Preliminary

                        And Final Major Site Plan Approval to construct a new parking lot at Route

                        130 and Cedar Lane.  Block 163.02, Lots 13, 13.01, and 13.04.

                        Timothy Prime, Esquire.

                        Application received on September 13, 2004.  On November 15,2004

                        Submission waivers were granted, application deemed complete, application

                        was continued until January 17, 2005 with the time limit for Board action

                        being waived.  On January 17, 2005 the applicant requested in writing that the

                        application be continued until the February 28, 2005 meeting.  On March 7,

                        2005 the applicant requested in writing that the application be continued until

                        the April 18, 2005 meeting.

                        Major Site Plan approval with bulk variances to renovate an existing building

                        for retail stores plus a small addition for future retail and two apartments located

                        at Route 130, Block 110, Lot 8.01.

                        surrounding property owners advising the date of the public hearing, proposed

                        revised zoning map, and concept plan for adult community prepared by Stout &
