A.                    Application PB#2004-05 for Maimon, Bleznak, Abramson Investments.

                        Applicant is requesting preliminary major subdivision approval for the

                        construction of an industrial park at Florence-Columbus Road and

                        Route 295, Block 168, Lots 6,8, & 11.

                        Application deemed incomplete on June 21, 2004 and continued until

                        July 19, 2004.

B.                     Application PB#2004-03 for John Drager.  Applicant is requesting minor site plan

                        approval with bulk variances to construct a 30’ x 60’ garage, a 25’ x 6’ porch,

                        North, Block 165.01, Lot 11.01.

                        Application deemed incomplete at May 17th meeting of the Board.  Hearing

                        continued until July 19, 2004 by written request of applicant.

            Application deemed incomplete on July 6, 2004 due to waivers.  Applicant to

            appear before the Board on July 19, 2004 for a waiver hearing.
