                        One year extension of the protection period of Final approval granted by the Board for

                        property located at 1000 John Galt Way, Block 158, Lot 8.

                        Application received June 26, 2007.  Final approval granted per Resolution PB-2004-

                        27 on August 16, 2004.  One year extension of the protection period of approval

                        granted by the Board on September 18, 2007 per Resolution PB-2006-20.
