                        North, Block 165.01, Lot 11.01.

                        Application deemed still incomplete at August 16 meeting of the Board.                                    Hearing continued until September 20, 2004.

                        Waivers granted for wetland delineation, delineation of stream encroachment

                        And delineation of all structures and wooded areas within the tract and on

                        Properties adjoining within 100 feet. Application deemed incomplete at July

                        19th meeting. Hearing continued until September 20, 2004 by written

                        request of applicant..

                        until September 20, 2004 by written request of applicant.
