            B.        PB-2008-23 continuing the application of Florence 130 Plaza, LLC for relief

                        from a condition of site plan approval Block 162, Lot 5, located in the HC

                        Highway Commercial and SM Special Manufacturing Zoning Districts.

 

            C.        PB-2008-24 finding the application of James and Lori Heupel for Minor

                        Subdivision approval for Block 166, Lots 17.02 and 18.02, located in the

                        R Low Density Residential Zoning District Incomplete.
