Fraternal Order of Police for preliminary and final major site plan approval for

Applicant is requesting Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval with

bulk variances for construction of a police/lodge building on property located on

Route 130 South. Block 159, Lot 8.01.

Application received June 22, 2007. Minor subdivision portion transferred to

Zoning Board due to expansion of non-conforming use. Use variance and

Minor Subdivision granted by the Zoning Board on August 28, 2007.

Application deemed complete at October 15, 2007 meeting of the Planning

Board and continued until November 19, 2007.
