            B.         Resolution PB-2005-43 continuing the application of Peoples Savings Bank for

                        Preliminary and Final Major Site Plan approval for Construction of a Parking Lot

                        on Block 58, Lots 3 & 4, located in an NC Neighborhood Commercial District.

            A.        Application PB#2005-07 for Peoples Savings Bank.  Applicant is requesting

                        Preliminary and Final Major Site plan approval for construction of a parking lot

                        to the rear of the existing bank structure located at Broad & Front Street,

                        Block 58, Lots 3 & 4, located in an NC Neighborhood Commercial District.

                        Application received on June 6, 2005.  Waivers were granted and the

                        application was deemed complete on August 15, 2005.  Application continued

                        until December 19, 2005 and time limit for Board action extended.
