We are thrilled to re-launch our summer tennis clinic program, which will be held on our newly renovated tennis courts at H. Kenneth Wilkie Memorial Park on W Front Street in Florence!
Tennis is an exciting sport, where individuals of all ages and skill levels may participate casually or competitively. Our clinics are designed to introduce the basics of tennis and as your skill level is revealed, more of the flow of the game is instructed where participants will volley, learn how score is kept, etc.
This year’s grouping of 6 sessions will NOT include registration fees. Rackets may be brought, however our instructors will provide rackets, balls and mini-nets for the clinics. We request that participants wear appropriate footwear for tennis. There is a fountain, but all are welcome to bring labeled water bottles.
The schedule for our clinics are as follows:
SATURDAY MORNINGS
Ages 15 thru Adult: 8am to 9am
Ages 5 to 9 years: 9am to 10am
Ages 10 to 14 years: 10am to 11am
Clinics will be every weekend beginning on Saturday, June 21st for a six week period.
