The Florence
Township Police Department is a New Jersey Civil Service Police Department
with resident preference. This means that testing for the department
is administered by the New Jersey Department of Personnel. Typically,
each January the Department
of Personnel will announce a test. The department receives test
applications and makes them available to anyone interested in employment
testing. The Department of Personnel makes test results available
to the department once all testing is completed.
