Florence Township
has recreational opportunities for everyone. Children can enjoy a
broad array of active recreation programs that include: Little
League Baseball, 
Minor League Baseball and T-Baseball, Youth Softball 
and Youth T-Softball,
Pop Warner Football and Cheerleading, 
Field Hockey, 
Bowling, 
Soccer 
Girls Basketball and Boys Basketball, and Tennis. There is a nominal fee for each
child that participates in a sport. Fees are used to offset some of
the costs associated with providing such a wide variety of active
recreational opportunities. Please feel free to contact the Director
of Recreation about our programs and the associated fees. Click

In addition
to the many active recreational activities, the Township of Florence
has many parks and scenic areas where you can enjoy a walk, a picnic
or even reserve an area for a private special occasion.

of you that prefer the shore, you’re in luck. Florence is only
a short trip to any one of the fine beaches along the Jersey shore.
