In support of our Burlington County Office of Recycling citing “We’ve been experiencing more frequent recycling fires due to aerosol cans. We are asking County Public Information to make a post about NO AEROSOL CANS IN RECYCLING to get the word out, but we want to provide alternative disposal information”. Florence Township does provide an alternate option for proper disposal of such items.

The Florence Township Recycling Center DOES accept aerosol cans (i.e. WD-40, Febreze, Spray Paint). When visiting our center, we place aerosol containers in an appropriate container, which is sealed and delivered to a hazardous waste accepting facility.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 11am to 5pm

Saturday: 9am to 3pm
