TRASH COLLECTION – SCHEDULE CHANGE
FLORENCE TOWNSHIP RESIDENTS
Florence Township operates on a spit service schedule for sanitation collection. During the months of November, December, January, February and March, trash is picked up once (1x) a week. From April 1st through October 31st, trash is picked up twice (2x) a week.
Split service one time (1x) a week pickup begins in the entire community on November 1st each year and ends March 31st each year. Trash service under the split service schedule will only be picked up on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Under the split service schedule, it works as follows:

Wednesday and Friday Wednesday
Twice (2x) a week pickup for all residents resumes on April 1st of each year.
Residents are encouraged to check the township’s website at (www.florence-nj.gov) and to see the notices posted on Florence Township Television Comcast Channel 19 for additional information regarding municipal sanitation services.
