On Monday, May 15th the Florence Township Economic Development Committee hosted a “Local Business Networking Breakfast” at the Florence Township Community Center. This event was designed as a means to provide various resources to current and prospective business owners in and around our community. A panel of speakers provided information including how to develop a business plan, financing opportunities through local banks and state agencies, along with a variety of examples of how the State of New Jersey supports local business development.
At the conclusion of the presentations, attendees had the opportunity to speak one on one with industry experts to gain further insight which will aid in their efforts to develop, grow and sustain their businesses. We understand that many were unable to attend in person, therefore we are providing links to our presenters so you may research further at your leisure.
