Meetings are held on the first Monday at 7:30 PM in the Council Chambers of the Municipal Complex. The Board of Adjustment handles the applications for variation to the land use regulations that are defined by the Township Committee and local laws. If individuals or developers wish to vary from the regulations, approval must be granted by the Board of Adjustment.
