NOTICE:

Permit is granted for 30 days. Date may be extended for good cause only.
Portable Home Storage Units are prohibited from being placed in streets or the front yard of a property. Units must be kept in the driveway of the property at the furthest accessible point from the street. All locations must be paved off-street surfaces. No POD can be placed on a property if it is deemed to be a sight obstruction for motorists. Applicant must obtain pre-approval of the location by the Township Code Enforcement Officer in the following situations:

1. If the property does not have a driveway.
2. If the location of the unit in the driveway is in the front yard of the property.
3. If the property is a corner lot.
4. Any container to be placed on a street or right of way shall be equipped with and display markers and needs Police approval. Ord 2008-16.

ONLY ONE UNIT CAN BE PLACED AT ANY RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AT ONE TIME.
