The Florence Township Housing Authority has a monthly Public Meeting on the 2nd Wednesday of each month at 7:00 PM in Housing Authority 620 West Third Street-Conference Room. Meetings may be subject to change or cancellation with adequate public notice. Meetings are also listed on the Website Calendar located on the homepage.

The Mission of the Florence Housing Authority is to provide decent, safe and affordable housing, which fosters stability and self-sufficiency for all low income clients.
How to apply for housing:
Applications for housing can be picked up in person on the third Wednesday of each month between the hours of 9am and 12pm at 620 West Third Street, Florence. Vacancies are filled from a waiting list created through assessment of eligibility criteria including income, credit and rental/mortgage history analysis. Criminal history screening is also performed.
