Application for Continued Certificate of Occupancy (CCO)
- A physical inspection of the property must be scheduled. Fill out the first page of the Housing Inspection Form – Resale and submit the form and fee to the Florence Township Housing Department.
- Required information includes the name and current address, phone number and email address of the Owner/Seller and Buyer. Please note that we do not need the name of the buyer in order to schedule the inspection; however, buyer information is required in order to issue the CCO.
- At the inspection, a list of violations and necessary repairs will be provided to you. Once you have made the required repairs, a re-inspection is required. This re-inspection is included in the original fee. If additional inspections are required, please see Chapter 2 of the Township Code.
- If any new work is found to be done without a permit, a permit application must be filed with the Township and pass proper inspections with the Construction Department. Any outstanding constructions permits must be closed.
- The following are required in order to receive a CCO. Original certifications are required. Photocopies or faxes will NOT be accepted:

- Age-Restricted Development Form (if applicable)
