Dog & Cat licenses are to be renewed during the month of January each year. Licenses may be obtained from the Township Clerk’s Office at 711 Broad Street during normal business hours, Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:30pm. If renewing by mail, please enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope, the completed license application (below), proof of rabies vaccination, proof of spay/neuter (if not previously supplied) and a check made payable to Florence Township.
The fees are as follows:
$10 for a spayed or neutered dog, $13 for non-spayed or neutered dog and $5 for cats. After January 31st, a $5 late fee will be charged for each registered dog and a $2 late fee will be charged for each registered cat.

The State of New Jersey, Department of Health requires that every municipality maintain a section of the municipal website dedicated to information pertaining to the prevention of cruelty to animals.
