Seeking an experienced, professional administrator with strong leadership and communication skills to proactively manage the day-to-day operations. The candidate will demonstrate: strong leadership skills; set clear expectations with the staff; effectively communicate within the organization as well as the public and understand the NJ public finance process. Responsibilities include overseeing municipal services, capital planning, labor relations, contract negotiations and operating budget.
