Mayor and Council have been working on an request for qualification/request for proposal (RFQ/RFP) to solicit qualified developers to redevelop the former Roebling Steel Mill Site into an asset that would benefit Florence Township for generations to come. A draft of the RFQ/RFP has been completed and posted on the Township website to obtain input from Florence residents and businesses. Dates for site visit and when proposals are due, will be entered when RFQ/RFP is finalized.
