The 2025 Leaf Collection Program has begun in Florence Township. Collections will take place zone by zone throughout the community and will repeat on a continuous basis until the end of January 2026.
It is important to place leaves at the edge of your property either on the grass or between the curb and sidewalk. Please do not place leaves in the streets, as they interrupt the flow of stormwater and cause debris to build up on the storm drains. Leaf piles left on streets reduce driving lanes on local roadways and reduce the visibility of motorists and pedestrian traffic.
Please be mindful of postings where residents will be requested to move vehicles in order for collection to take place on certain streets and avenues. It is advised that where possible, residents utilize public parking lots on posting days (i.e. Amboy Avenue and Hornberger Avenue).
Please click on the links below to see what zone your property is located. We began with Zone 1 and will update as collections shift zone by zone through town.
