In August 2022, the Florence Township Mayor and Council secured the assistance of the Delaware Valley Regional Planning Commission (DVRPC), the Greater Philadelphia region’s federally designated metropolitan planning organization, to prepare a market study (Study) for the former Roebling Steel Mill Site (Site).
