Property tax bills were delayed and bills will be mailed soon.  The grace period for the 2023 third quarter tax bill has been extended to September 15, 2023.  Payment must be received in the office by September 15, 2023 to avoid interest.  Any payment received after September 15th will be charged interest back to August 1, 2023.

Recycling continues to be an important resource in our day to day lives, however many do not realize the positive impact generated from recycling efforts.  Globally it is a lot to consider, but even locally the results of being an active recycling community supports many things.  In 2022, Florence Township recycled 2,406,040 lbs of recyclables with saving of over $106,000.00 of landfill disposal fees.  Recycling credits
