RECYCLING: What’s wrong with this picture?
Recycling toters are NOT to be used for trash collection. Recycling is no longer picked up in the small blue or yellow cans. Styrofoam is NOT recyclable Cardboard boxes though collapsed are not folded and placed in the recycling toter. Plastic toys are not collected in recycling trucks. This photo was NOT taken in Florence Township, however examples of this type have taken place in town.

2023 Florence Township Patriotic Celebration Set for July
On Saturday, July 8th Florence Township’s annual patriotic celebration will hit the streets of the town! Our annual event is a special celebration honoring both active and veteran members of the United States Military for their dedication, service and sacrifices for our country.
