Redevelopment of the Former Roebling Steel Mill Site
Mayor and Council have been working on an request for qualification/request for proposal (RFQ/RFP) to solicit qualified developers to redevelop the former Roebling Steel Mill Site into an asset that would benefit Florence Township for generations to come. A draft of the RFQ/RFP has been completed and posted on the Township website to obtain input from Florence residents and businesses. Dates for site visit and when proposals
3rd Quarter Tax Bills Update
The property tax bills will be mailed by August 12th. The grace period for the 2022 third quarter tax bill has been extended to September 12, 2022. Payments must be received in the office by September 12, 2022 to avoid interest. Any payment received after September 12th will be charged interest back to August 1, 2022.
