VINNY G’S BAGELS & DELI David and Astrid Nistico opened Vinny G’s Bagel and Deli almost five years ago after learning about a business opportunity in Florence.  Their shop is named after their son Vincent, who also works there.  They have three full-time employees and two part-timers.
