messages that falsely appear to be from our office. These messages may reference tax matters and often
include links or urgent prompts to respond.
Please be advised that these messages are not from the Division of Taxation. We do not contact taxpayers
via text message regarding their tax accounts, refunds, or any other official matter.
We ask that you help us inform your constituents and community members—especially seniors
and vulnerable populations—that if they receive such a message:

Do not click any links
Delete the message immediately
your continued support in helping to protect New Jersey taxpayers.
